100% Whole Wheat fresh ground Bread!






Yesterday I made homemade bread using wheat berries that I ground up myself to make flour. It was delicious! Now I need to decide if I want to spend the money on a grain mill and to order the wheat berries! Expensive initial investment.

  1. That looks so good. What recipe did you use? I'm telling you . . for first time home ground wheat bread, I'd say you did perfect.

  2. I used your recipe and it was delious. I didn't have any dough enhancer so I used a little potatoe flakes, wheat gluten, sugar and vinegar. Worked great!
